A major Oil company in UK initiated the project in 1992. The objective was to have a global card management system for processing fuel cards for all the European Associates. We made significant contributions to several key areas of the project including Business Process, Systems Integration, Testing, Operations Management, Systems Capacity Strategy and Migration to new technology platform.

We integrated all aspects of online and batch components of the system, which was heavily customised to meet the business objective. It was a very large and complex architecture, developed in 5 different countires.

Our strength and a high degree of Professionalism in terms of Business and Technical competence enabled us to deliver the Project that was often Complex and critical to the success of the Business. Our methodology, attitude and commitment allowed us to deliver Projects within tight and demanding timeframes.
