Develop strategic options for building a core foundation to make
the bank eCRM compliant. The task includes reviewing the current
"Core" Banking systems, analysis and development
of integration methodology as well as defining the options for replacing
and/or enhancing the systems. The objective was to build the foundation
to make the bank CRM enabled and ready based on the strategy. The
assignment required a good knowledge and understanding of eCRM business
processes as well as available technology in the market, so as to
be able to assist the client in achieving its goals. The report
produced has been presented to the Bank and we expect them to implement
the recommendations.
The activities included:
Review of the existing product and other in-house developed modules.
Documented the modules and the interfaces.
Developed the schematic diagram of the environment
Identified the modules, which need to be replaced and specifying
the replacement strategy
Specified the migration methodology from current to the new system
Wrote the final report, which was accepted by the client
The project was undertaken on behalf of Compaq Computers in Dubai
for a bank in Lebanon.
